Whether you prefer the early morning or evening sessions, we’ve got you covered. Join us for workouts that will not only target your individual development but also dive into breaking down defenses and mastering team concepts. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled event date will be eligible for a 100% refund. Be sure to contact us (7) days before the training date to ensure a full refund. Late Cancellation: If you decide to cancel between one (1) to six (6) days before the scheduled training, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply. Day-of Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation on the same day as the scheduled training, no refund will be issued. Regarding package deals, if you cancel on the same day as the scheduled training session, it will be considered as a completed session. For Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. Please send an email including your guardian's name, the athlete's name, and the date of the session you intend to cancel. When requesting a reschedule, kindly include the desired rescheduled date. Training Consultation: Scheduling: All “One day” consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our team. You can only book a “One day” consultation ONE TIME for every athlete. During the consultation, our expert trainers will discuss your goals, athlete history, and preferences to design a tailored training plan. Payment: Payment for the consultation and any training sessions must be made prior to the consultation session. For Athletes: Arrival Time: Please arrive at the training location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows for check-in, warm-up, and any necessary preparations. Late Arrival: If you anticipate being late, please inform your coach or the training coordinator in advance. While we will make efforts to accommodate late arrivals, repeated tardiness may impact your training experience. No Shows: Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, without prior notice, will be considered a "No Show" for that session. Regarding package deals, if you fail to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice ("No Show"), that session will be considered as one completed training session from your package.
